Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of our flowers, if you have any concerns regarding the quality of your order or damages during shipment, please contact us immediately with photographs. We will work with you and the shipping company toward a solution or replacement.
Shipping
We ship FedEx Priority overnight on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders larger than 200 can be shipped to select destinations via Alaska air Cargo with reduced. Please contact us for details.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the volume of stems ordered. Shipping prices are subject to fluctuate based on fuel prices. When you place your order, the shipping costs will be calculated and added to the price of your stems.
Receiving Orders
Customers receive a FedEx order will be provided with a tracking number. Please check your tracking number and have someone available to pick-up upon arrival. Customers receiving orders through Alaska Air Cargo will receive an Airway Bill number. This number will be needed to pick up your shipment.
Peonies are sensitive to heat and may be damaged if left out in warm or hot temperatures. Customers are responsible for any damage to their shipment due to delayed pick-up after the shipment has arrived.
Packaging Fees
We charge a flat $10 packing fee per order to cover the cost of packing materials used to ensure your order arrives in the best condition.
Box Sizes
We offer 3 box sizes for your order.
Small - up to 50 stems
Medium - 50-100 stems
Large - 100-200 stems
